Job Summary

A leader in healthcare operations solutions is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Support Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing strategic and transformational leadership to the team
  • Ensuring the delivery of customer promises and brand proposition through customer support delivery
  • Developing actionable strategies, objectives and plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • A bachelor's degree in administration, business, or a related field
  • 15+ years in senior-level management roles within a fast-growing Support team
  • SaaS experience, preferably with large enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Must have experience building and scaling support teams across multiple channels
