Job Summary
A leader in healthcare operations solutions is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Support Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing strategic and transformational leadership to the team
- Ensuring the delivery of customer promises and brand proposition through customer support delivery
- Developing actionable strategies, objectives and plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- A bachelor's degree in administration, business, or a related field
- 15+ years in senior-level management roles within a fast-growing Support team
- SaaS experience, preferably with large enterprise and mid-market customers
- Must have experience building and scaling support teams across multiple channels
