Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Desktop Support Technician II.
Must be able to:
- Receive, troubleshoot and respond to Help Desk requests via phone calls or emails
- Set up and maintain hardware and software including computers, printers, etc
- Educate end – users on how to resolve various hardware and software problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness to travel up to 5% to various locations across the U.S.
- Associate's Degree (or higher) in IT, CIS, Networking or other related field
- OR HS Diploma / GED (or higher) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a desktop support environment
- Intermediate knowledge of an enterprise environment
- Previous experience with a ticketing system and working with FOG imaging software
