Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Desktop Support Technician II.

Must be able to:

  • Receive, troubleshoot and respond to Help Desk requests via phone calls or emails
  • Set up and maintain hardware and software including computers, printers, etc
  • Educate end – users on how to resolve various hardware and software problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Willingness to travel up to 5% to various locations across the U.S.
  • Associate's Degree (or higher) in IT, CIS, Networking or other related field
  • OR HS Diploma / GED (or higher) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a desktop support environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of an enterprise environment
  • Previous experience with a ticketing system and working with FOG imaging software
