Job Summary

A leading global digital consultancy has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Digital Product Advocate Director.

Must be able to:

• Ensure that the customer digital product family is optimally meeting holistic Member needs
• Establish the Voice of the Customer to intercept and leverage direct member, constituent, and stakeholder needs
• Drive product owners and working closely with businesses and Technology for the product roadmap

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree
• 15+ years’ experience in healthcare payer industry
• 5+ years’ experience in a Product leadership role
• Ability to interact with a diverse global virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects and product owners
• Strong Agile and engineering mindset
• Executive-level presence and communication
