Job Summary
A medical benefits management solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Economics Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting corporate-wide strategic decision-making
- Overseeing and assisting in the design, development, analysis and reporting of claims data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree (a Master’s degree is preferred) in finance, economics, statistics or other quantitative background
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive, analytical experience in a healthcare setting
- Extensive experience using data directly from a SQL or similar database
- Strong understanding of managed care metrics
- Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment
