Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Employee Relations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support for cases referred to legal proceedings and the relevant state Anti-Discrimination Boards
- Supporting the due diligence process during acquisitions
- Updating, relaunching, and reviewing incident register developing tools/ training where required
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Takes ownership and responsibility for decisions, and exercises discretion and sound judgement in managing complex matters
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in engaging, collaborating and influencing senior stakeholders in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment
