Job Summary

A health technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Enrollment Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Hosting customer calls during the project life cycle
  • Processing Claim/Remit documents
  • Managing Payor authorization processing days

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • 1+ years medical claim processing
  • 6 months of experience leading customer-facing projects
  • Associate's Degree or Equivalent experience
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v look ups and other formulas
