Job Summary

A global healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Enrollment and Billing Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure AEP and EOY Enrollment team readiness
  • Implement programs and initiatives to ensure staff proficiency in all key activities and work types
  • Manage Enrollment teams inventory to ensure compliance with all CMS guidelines

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years effective leadership experience
  • 3+ years healthcare operations experience with a focus on Medicare Advantage Eligibility experience
  • Experience with transactional business processes
  • Experience in developing requirements for Enrollment engines, workflow solutions and data exchanges
  • Experience in analyzing and implementing CMS guidance
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
