Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Enrollment Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Initiating phone contact with eligible Medicare patients in attempt to enroll them
- Obtaining consent from patients electing to opt-in to the programs
- Meeting or exceeding outbound call rate and enrollment objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in phone-based customer service or sales preferred or demonstrated aptitude
- Comfortable with Excel spreadsheet data entry
- Quick study on use of computer systems
