Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Healthcare Finance Customer Service Representative in Beaverton.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as primary phone contact and handling all inbound calls from account holders, and potential holders
  • Placing outbound calls to account holders, which includes welcoming calls to new account holders
  • Leveraging technology and industry best-practices to document call activity and engagements

Qualifications Include:

  • Remote After Training
  • 2+ years of customer support/call center experience
  • Experience in a hospital and/or financial services environment, including knowledge of HIPAA and/or Financial
  • Ability to type with speed and proficiency, computer literacy and attention to detail
