Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Financial Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing talent of up to 6 professionals
- Performing monthly close in accordance with GAAP
- Participating in initial input and assumptions for annual budget process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Healthcare Experience
- Experience with long-tail reimbursement coverage, e.g., legal settlement or LOP
- Knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements and comfort working with JV partners
- Advanced database management (data warehouse, excel, etc.)
- Ability to train team members
- Ability to work well in team environment
