Job Summary
A telehealth and medicine company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare General Counsel.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee legal, regulatory and compliance matters
- Manage the overall legal and compliance functions of the business
- Provide up-to-date subject matter expertise beyond contracting
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- J.D. degree
- Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience at a top law firm practice or in-house legal department
- Admitted to the state Bar in good standing, or eligible to register as in-house counsel with the state Bar
- Experience analyzing and applying healthcare, contract, employment and/or corporate laws, regulations and guidelines
- Superior communication
- Change management skills and consensus building skills
