A healthcare insurance provider is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Grievance Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Identify, investigate, resolve and provide timely and accurate completion of each grievance case
- Collect information necessary to resolve grievances
- Respond to members and inform them of the status of their grievance
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
- Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operation focus
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands
