Job Summary

A healthcare insurance provider is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Grievance Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Identify, investigate, resolve and provide timely and accurate completion of each grievance case
  • Collect information necessary to resolve grievances
  • Respond to members and inform them of the status of their grievance

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
  • Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operation focus
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands
