Job Summary

A critical health and human services organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare HR Accommodations and Leave Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Support the Accommodations and Leave Team's high-volume contact center
  • Engage in and review the employee’s submission of medical support documentation
  • Conduct and document intake calls with employees regarding accommodations and leaves program

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education
  • OR technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong working knowledge of ADA/ADAAA, FMLA, USERRA and similar state and local laws
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Access
