A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Inbound Call Center Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing exceptional virtual patient support to our patients
  • Learning new systems and using the latest technologies
  • Providing exceptional service to our members via email, telephone, and live chat

Required Skills:

  • Professional experience working in a high-volume customer service position
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to handle high volume administrative tasks
  • Strong writing skills and comfort and familiarity using G-Suite and multiple systems at once
  • The ability to follow all HIPPA rules by maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
