Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Industry Bilingual Spanish Operations Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with patients and their caregivers throughout their onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement
- Supporting remote clinical practice operations, including appointment scheduling, documentation and patient facing activities
- Fielding support calls and remain organized when escalating a number of issues that require closure
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ months experience working in a healthcare related, non profit, philanthropy, customer service, or service industry role
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Passion about healthcare and affecting change in the current healthcare environment
- A strong proficiency in computer software navigation
- A fundamental knowledge of GSuite
- Ability to perform duties as assigned
