Job Summary
A health service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Industry Business Project Lead Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as Business Project Lead Analyst under the Group Operational Effectiveness team
- Engaging and cultivating ongoing working relationships with assigned business
- Ensuring project plans are executed in conjunction with IT and business partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of relevant business operational or project life cycle work experience
- 4+ years with Group Insurance and knowledge of Disability, Absence, Life and Accident products
- Experience developing specified business project scope and plans through execution
- Experience partnering with business leads and subject matter experts to drive results
- Experience managing business and/or IT relationships in a matrixed environment
- Experience gathering, documenting and signing off on business requirements
