Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Industry Client Service Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts
- Acting as outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts
- Building relationships with employer / group clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- 3+ years of experience working on the service side of PBM or Specialty Pharmacy
- 1+ years of client facing experience
- 1+ years of experience in a role that requires issue resolution and appropriate client communication
