Job Summary
A senior healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Industry Clinical Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Reach out to members while inpatient to introduce TOC program and communicate post discharge follow up from TOC nurse
- Schedule post discharge follow up call for TOC nurse
- Reach out to hospitals and provider offices to obtain clinical documentation
Position Requirements Include:
- Associates degree or higher
- Proficient navigating EHR and Clinical Documentation Systems
- Proficient in technology
