Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Industry Corporate Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitating instructor lead classroom training
  • Developing and maintaining training materials
  • Training new and existing Payment Integrity employees in their new role functions

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3 years experience in healthcare or healthcare claims industry
  • 1 year presentation experience
  • Past experience presenting to large groups and managing effective discussion and dialogue
  • Past experience writing technical documents and training class content
  • Experience maintaining electronic document management solutions
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methods to approach each one
