Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Industry Corporate Trainer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitating instructor lead classroom training
- Developing and maintaining training materials
- Training new and existing Payment Integrity employees in their new role functions
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 years experience in healthcare or healthcare claims industry
- 1 year presentation experience
- Past experience presenting to large groups and managing effective discussion and dialogue
- Past experience writing technical documents and training class content
- Experience maintaining electronic document management solutions
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methods to approach each one
