Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Industry Customer Care Representative in Carlsbad.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receive, record, and accurately enter orders
- Offer appropriate solutions, troubleshoot and answer questions from customers
- Increase revenue through suggestive solutions and soft-selling
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Order entry experience
- 1+ year of experience in a high volume call center
- Intermediate level computer experience including report generation
- Broad spectrum of external customer interaction
