Job Summary
A global healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Industry Market Quality Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing strategic leadership and direction for quality improvement program
- Partnering with Market Leadership to establish and meet quality goals
- Driving programs and initiatives to assure member access to care and gaps in care closure
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- BA/BS degree in healthcare related field or Clinical Registered RN with ADN degree with commensurate clinical experience
- 3+ years' significant and progressive leadership or managerial experience
- 3+ years' experience in, and/or knowledge of, Clinical Quality and Quality Improvement processes
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, specifically with Excel
