Job Summary
A provider of IT services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Industry Mental Health Care Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls and process detailed intakes
- Responding to online inquiries for therapy services
- Conducting all prospect and client follow ups
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 3 years experience as a Care Coordinator, Scheduler, or in an administrative support role
- Ability to connect and build trust with potential and current clients
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and highly resourceful
