Job Summary

A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Industry Privacy Council.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as an internal expert on all relevant federal and state healthcare and employee privacy laws
  • Design and drive implementation of the Privacy Program
  • Lead incident response team on investigating and reporting privacy incidents, and collaborating with Compliance and Security teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Juris doctor degree with 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
  • 5+ years of relevant in house Healthcare Privacy Law experience
  • Experience implementing privacy programs
  • Experience designing and administering compliance trainings
  • Experience with Employee Privacy
