Job Summary

A healthcare research company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Informatics Variant Scientist in Tampa.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Bring genomics data and analytics to company
  • Combine knowledge and data to guide clinical practice and research
  • Provide guidance to clinical report generation

Required Skills:

  • PhD. or M.S in Cancer Genetics, Human Genetics, Biological Sciences, or a relevant quantitative discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in a healthcare setting
  • 3+ years’ experience in a diagnostic laboratory
  • Familiarity with human mutation databases
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Proficient in a scripting language
