Job Summary
A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Information Technology Engineer I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Completing operational tasks and project components
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to area of responsibilities
- Conducting proactive monitoring of systems and capacity planning
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to participate in a 24x7 on call rotation
- Bachelor’s Degree in process or completed in related field of study or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of enterprise IT Operations/Engineering experience
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure and OSI model
- Knowledge of Windows platforms, server hardware, software, and SAN storage administration
- Knowledge of change management and architecture review processes
