Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building, leading and scaling Insights and Analytics team
- Continuing to iterate on Insights and Analytics approach and organization
- Owning the production and surfacing of metrics used for data-driven decision making
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years building, managing and leading analytics organizations in a fast growth environment
- Bias for action, with a proven track record of execution and shipping both new analytics features
- Customer obsessed: you love deeply understanding patient/user/customer needs
- Excels when working cross-functionally to problem-solve
- Experience in building analytics systems and processes, preferably in a fast growing company
- Ability to plan and drive complex projects with accurate estimation and timely execution
