Job Summary
A healthcare insurance provider is seeking a Remote Healthcare Insurance Account Manager .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Manage tasks of all parties involved in implementation of Client’s prescription benefit plan
- Build and maintain relationships with Clients, their Agents, and Third party administrators
- Manage status and resolution of routine to complex client and vendor requests
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel on average 10% annually with some overnight stays
- Minimum of two years account management experience
- Demonstrated ability to present information to Clients, Consultants
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
