Job Summary

A healthcare insurance provider is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Insurance Account Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Participating in benefit testing
• Researching and providing timely and accurate resolution of member issues
• Contacting pharmacies to resolve point-of-sale issues

Qualifications Include:

• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work with peers in a team effort
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and industry related software programs such as SalesForce/Sharepoint
• Experience preparing and interpreting reports
