Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Insurance Billing and Enrollment Representative 1.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Process enrollments, payments, address changes or other enrollment related tasks
  • Educate members and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives regarding plan benefits
  • Service members by telephone

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in computer navigation, email, chats, efficient typing skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • This position requires a government security clearance
