Job Summary
A global healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Insurance Claims Adjustment Representative in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and research claims by navigating multiple computer systems and platforms
- Update claim information based on research and communication from member or provider
- Complete necessary adjustments to claims and ensures the proper benefits are applied
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
- 2+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer
- 6+ months of experience of healthcare claims processing experience
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
