Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Insurance Claims Customer Service Advocate II.
Must be able to:
- Handle situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research
- Ensure effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries
- Identify incorrectly processed claims and processes adjustments and reprocessing actions according to department guidelines
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience including one year claims or appeals processing
- OR Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience
