Job Summary

An insurance agency is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Interface with customers via telephone, fax, web, and/or electronic mail
  • Research customer information utilizing appropriate systems
  • Elevate sensitive customer requests when necessary

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two years of experience in a customer service setting
  • Internet access for business only
  • Experience in servicing complex or sensitive customer issues.
