Job Summary
A health insurance and wellness company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Insurance Plan Build Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Determining required system changes to support new products, services, or efficiencies
- Working of error reports to ensure provider data integrity
- Ensuring adherence of compliance and audit processes and supports system error resolution and remediation
Qualifications Include:
- 1 or more years' experience in healthcare Insurance Industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Working knowledge of Medicare standards and regulations
- 1 or more years' Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 and/or CPT/HCPC coding
- 1 or more years' more years Provider relations and/or provider services experience
