Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Insurance Provider Relations Advocate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting Provider issue resolution with internal teams
• Supporting Advocate initiatives to achieve measurable improvements
• Assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements

Qualifications Include:

• 1+ years of experience in a client facing / customer service role
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Experience creating and delivering presentations
• 2+ years of experience working with physicians, hospitals, health systems, or managed care
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
