Job Summary

A healthcare revenue cycle management company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Insurance Revenue Follow Up Associate II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing account information and all necessary system applications
• Effectively working with insurance payers via phone and electronically to resolve escalated and complex insurance processing issues
• Working closely with third party payers to resolve unpaid claims

Required Skills:

• High School diploma
• Demonstrated extensive knowledge in the health insurance industry
• inimum of three years experience in revenue cycle
• Demonstrated excellent analytical, fact-finding, problems solving and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team setting
