Job Summary
A healthcare solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Intake Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Act as the first point of contact for network providers, physicians and members
- Ensure that both internal and external customers receive a level of service that exceeds their expectations
- Respond and resolve questions and problems from network providers and imaging centers and/or facilities, members
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Detail-Oriented, Great Phone Etiquette, High Accuracy, Self Motivation
- One year experience as an Intake Specialist or equivalent position in a multi-function Contact Center setting
- Experience with computer operation, automated database and standard PC business software
