Remote Healthcare Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A hospital and healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Intake Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Enter referrals into appropriate system based on the type of referral obtained
• Work with local branch leadership to ensure appropriate inventory/services are provided
• Assist with other regional team functions

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year work related in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management regardless of industry
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service and telephone service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to appropriately interact with patients, referral sources and staff
