Job Summary
A healthcare information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare IT Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying additional partnership areas and/or gaps to expand IMO's solution offerings
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert ( SME') to translate value of IMO solutions
- Coordinating day-to-day relationship management activities and efforts with IMO's partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to present the benefits of using IMO's solutions and affiliated services to partners
- Proven experience securing renewals through strategic communications
- Strong business acumen and confidence/comfort managing senior executives' relationships
- 5+ years of relevant customer success management, account management, and/or relationship management experience
- Adept ability to create strong customer relationships and leverage them for expansion opportunities
- Basic technical ability with Microsoft Office 365 products, Salesforce.com, and remote meeting tools
