Job Summary

A healthcare information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare IT Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying additional partnership areas and/or gaps to expand IMO's solution offerings
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert ( SME') to translate value of IMO solutions
  • Coordinating day-to-day relationship management activities and efforts with IMO's partners

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to present the benefits of using IMO's solutions and affiliated services to partners
  • Proven experience securing renewals through strategic communications
  • Strong business acumen and confidence/comfort managing senior executives' relationships
  • 5+ years of relevant customer success management, account management, and/or relationship management experience
  • Adept ability to create strong customer relationships and leverage them for expansion opportunities
  • Basic technical ability with Microsoft Office 365 products, Salesforce.com, and remote meeting tools
