Remote Healthcare IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the delivery of workstreams within a large-scale EHR implementation, the full-time Remote Healthcare IT Project Manager will manage projects involving clinical and patient data domains, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Healthcare IT data transformation projects, coordinating across subcontractors, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings with subcontractors and vendors to drive execution and accountability while managing risks and dependencies
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules and status reports, and communicate project progress to leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required
• Background in Healthcare IT with 60-70% relevant experience preferred
• Experience with patient demographics and clinical data platforms
• Exposure to healthcare imaging workflows (DICOM, radiology, CT/X-ray imaging programs) is a strong plus
• Proven experience managing technical teams in data transformation or integration initiatives
