Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare IT Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations of EDI
  • Supporting issues and service requests
  • Identifying any technical problems

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5 years in an IT Support/Analyst role
  • 3+ years EDI experience
  • 2 years of full-time experience analyzing health care related data
  • Sharp troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with Office 365, Azure, AWS, and other cloud hosting services
  • Experience with project co-ordination
