A digital healthcare job marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Job Marketplace Operations Team Customer Service Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a customer service team of seven people
- Coach and develop team members in weekly 1v1s and team meetings
- Perform weekly call reviews of team members to identify team coaching opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years in customer service or an operations/strategy role
- 2+ years in a people manager role
- Experience tracking and managing to metrics
- Proven capabilities in evaluating operational gaps
