Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Lead Call Center Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating the day-to-day work functions, acting as a “go to” person for the front-line teammates
- Navigating through multiple platforms or applications
- Analyzing problems and providing information or solutions to issues to ensure the closure of all inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Revenue Cycle and Customer Service Experience
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information
- Experience in qualitative analysis, root cause analysis, quality assurance practices, and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including letters, memos, and emails
- Excellent relationship building skills and aptitude for working collaboratively with cross-functional groups
- Excellent attention to detail
