Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Lead Call Center Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day work functions, acting as a “go to” person for the front-line teammates
  • Navigating through multiple platforms or applications
  • Analyzing problems and providing information or solutions to issues to ensure the closure of all inquiries

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Revenue Cycle and Customer Service Experience
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information
  • Experience in qualitative analysis, root cause analysis, quality assurance practices, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including letters, memos, and emails
  • Excellent relationship building skills and aptitude for working collaboratively with cross-functional groups
  • Excellent attention to detail
