Job Summary

An integrated dental plan system and benefits carrier is seeking a Remote Healthcare Legal Operations Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identify legal department pain points and implement solutions to improve efficiencies and processes
• Prepare and interpret key performance indicator reports, dashboards and scorecards
• Create short and long term legal operations roadmaps supporting legal practice group areas

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree
• 2+ years of related experience
• Excellent project management skills and great attention to detail
• Knowledge of or ability to learn new technology solutions in the legal industry
• Proficiency with business applications such as Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills
