Job Summary
A healthcare manufacturer is in need of a Remote Healthcare Manufacturing Contact Center Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking incoming calls from dentists, dental offices, and dental laboratories
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Entering orders for merchandise and small equipment, enter credit card payments and answer customer questions
