Job Summary
A marketing company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Marketing Small and Medium Business Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Proactively manage 35-50 customer relationships
- Own the marketing strategy for each customer
- Own and drive retention and growth within your book of business
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years within a customer success organization
- Proficient at establishing relationships with customers and internal teams
- Able to identify and pivot customer relationships to facilitate retention and drive upsells
- Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
- Proficient in Salesforce and other cloud-based tools
