Job Summary

A marketing company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Marketing Small and Medium Business Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Proactively manage 35-50 customer relationships
• Own the marketing strategy for each customer
• Own and drive retention and growth within your book of business

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 2+ years within a customer success organization
• Proficient at establishing relationships with customers and internal teams
• Able to identify and pivot customer relationships to facilitate retention and drive upsells
• Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Proficient in Salesforce and other cloud-based tools
