Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Member Products Delivery Manager.

Must be able to:

• Address issues that teams cannot unblock;
• Attract, recruit, counsel, develop and retains capable individuals
• Participate in defining and administering compensation, benefits, and promotions

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
• 5+ years of experience in two or more of the following areas: business analysis, application development, quality assurance/testing, agile delivery or project management
• 5+ years of experience within IT directing the work of others as a formal or informal leader in an Agile Development environment
