Job Summary
A healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Network Contract Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting and associated financial models
- Guide development of geographically competitive, broad access, stable networks to achieve objectives for unit cost performance
- Ensure that network composition includes an appropriate distribution of provider specialties
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel within the state occasionally as needed
- 4+ years of experience in a network management-related role, such as contracting or provider services
- Knowledge of Medicare Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS)
- Experience in fee schedule development
- Experience using financial models and analysis to negotiate rates with providers
- All other requirements necessary for this position
