Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Network Programs Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee network analysis and strategy development
- Develop and execute strategies to build oncology, and other specialty care, provider networks
- Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- Expertise in using data analytics in the development of strategy, process and/or programs
- 8 years' experience working with a managed care organization
- Undergraduate degree
- Advanced proficiency with facility/ancillary contract reimbursement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
