Job Summary
A healthcare company focused on specialty benefits management needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Non Clinical Care Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Addressing First Notice of Loss
- Responding to Member Service calls
- Completing Triage calls after each Nurse completes the Triage portion
Skills and Requirements Include:
- o Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with HS Diploma/GED
- 1+ year of Call Center experience
- Trainable on Medical terms
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
