Job Summary

A platform technology company powering next-generation healthcare consumer experiences is seeking a Remote Healthcare Operations Business Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Executing inbound ticket management, triage engineer-level questions and route internally
  • Outlining the scope of task and project based work requests to determine feasibility
  • Initiating and facilitating feasibility meetings with internal departments to discuss requirements gathering

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science OR 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Experience with: Jira, Mongo DB, Big Query, API, SQL, Python, Confluence, and PagerDuty
  • Advanced level understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Extensive experience in investigating and reproducing customer issues on mobile and web applications
  • Operational Process Improvement experience
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally at varied levels of leadership
